Description

I can find no damage. This is possibly from Africa or Southern Europe. The provenance of this piece lies with my wife's family. Her aunt was a world traveler (twice by freighter) and would bring back treasures from these trips, mostly in the 1950s, though some may be from earlier trips. Either way this is a vintage item and my wife has had it since it was given to her. We are preparing to downsize and are going through closets and drawers towards that end.
